Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement content strategies tailored to client goals and brand identity.
  • Plan and execute unique social media campaigns with SMART objectives.
  • Ensure all content aligns with platform best practices, client voice, and marketing trends.
  • Capture high-quality visual and written content in the field when necessary.

Collaboration with Internal Teams & Clients

  • Communicate with clients, teams, and partners to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and weekly team meetings to align on creative direction.
  • Work closely with designers, strategists, and CRMs to deliver integrated marketing solutions.

Content Creation & Management

  • Create and post engaging content for social media platforms.
  • Research, write, and optimize blog posts for client websites.
  • Develop and format monthly email newsletters to align with client branding.
  • Track and manage project hours to ensure efficient workflow and accountability.

Industry Research & Trend Monitoring

  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and platform changes.
  • Analyze emerging tools, AI solutions, and creative trends to enhance content strategies.
  • Apply industry best practices in social media management, email marketing, and content creation.

Performance Expectations
