Position Summary:

The Client Relationship Manager at Fierce Creative Solutions plays a crucial role in client retention, strategic planning, and communication. This position requires relationship-building, digital marketing knowledge, and content creation expertise to ensure client satisfaction, foster long-term partnerships, and drive successful marketing campaigns. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with client goals.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management & Retention

  • Build and nurture strong client relationships to ensure long-term success.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell agency services.
  • Gather and implement client feedback to continuously improve services.

Communication & Client Engagement

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing needs promptly.
  • Facilitate clear and open communication between clients and internal teams.
  • Conduct regular check-in meetings and reviews to assess client satisfaction and needs.

Strategic Planning & Market Awareness

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with client objectives.
  • Provide clients with strategic recommendations based on industry trends and market data.
  • Continuously analyze competitor strategies to help clients maintain a competitive edge.

Collaboration with Internal Teams

  • Work closely with creative, strategy, analytics, and media teams to execute client campaigns.
  • Facilitate collaboration and information sharing among internal departments.
  • Ensure client needs are effectively communicated and met.

Content & Marketing Execution

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns that align with client objectives.
  • Research, write, and optimize blog content to reinforce client brand authority.
  • Create engaging and relevant social media content that enhances client brand presence.

Client Task Coordination & Project Management

  • Coordinate tasks across departments to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Keep clients informed about project progress, timelines, and budgets.
  • Anticipate and proactively address potential challenges affecting client satisfaction.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze campaign performance, including engagement and conversion metrics.
  • Prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
